Holistic Progress Report यानी HPR अब Shala Darpan पोर्टल पर Pre-Primary, Class 1-4, 6, 7, 9 और 11 के लिए active है। यह report card पुराने marksheet से बिल्कुल अलग दिखती है, और ज़्यादातर parents पहली बार इसे open करने पर समझ ही नहीं पाते कि ये grades, descriptors और competency levels का मतलब क्या है।
इस guide में जानिए अपने बच्चे का HPR कैसे पढ़ें, क्या check करना ज़रूरी है, और कौनसी छोटी गलतियां scholarship या board eligibility को affect कर सकती हैं।
Holistic Progress Report आखिर है क्या
HPR एक 360-degree report card है जो NEP 2020 framework और NCERT के PARAKH evaluation model पर based है। पुराने ज़माने की तरह सिर्फ written exam marks से बच्चे को judge नहीं करती। ये चार broader areas पर focus करती है:
- Scholastic learning — subject knowledge और competency
- Co-scholastic skills — art, sports, work education
- Personal-social qualities — behaviour, teamwork, discipline
- Self और peer assessment — बच्चा खुद और उसके classmates क्या feedback देते हैं
Rajasthan में Rajasthan Council of School Education (RCSE) ने इसे Shala Darpan portal के through रोलआउट किया है, और download link homepage पर “Download, Verify and Print the Holistic Progress Report” notice के नीचे available है।
Shala Darpan से HPR Download कैसे करें
Login की ज़रूरत नहीं है। यह working path है:

- rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in open करें
- Homepage पर “Holistic Progress Report and Marksheets” वाला notice ढूंढें
- उस link पर click करें
- अपने बच्चे की class select करें
- Roll number या SR number और school NIC-SD ID enter करें
- Captcha solve करके Search पर click करें
- PDF download करें और एक copy सुरक्षित रखें
अगर “Unverify Result” tag दिख रहा है, इसका मतलब है कि School Principal ने अभी तक school login से result verify नहीं किया। ऐसी situation में Principal से बात करें — file तभी download होगी जब result verified हो जाएगा।
Grades और Descriptors को कैसे समझें
यहीं पर ज़्यादातर parents confuse हो जाते हैं। HPR में simple percentage नहीं होता। Grade bands के साथ descriptive remarks दिए जाते हैं।
Scholastic Grading System
Portal CBA (Competency-Based Assessment) framework के हिसाब से 5-point grading scale follow करता है:
- A — Outstanding (81–100%)
- B — Very Good (61–80%)
- C — Good (41–60%)
- D — Satisfactory (33–40%)
- E — Needs Improvement (33% से कम)
जिस बच्चे को किसी भी subject में E grade मिलता है, वो supplementary exam के लिए eligible हो जाता है। Class 9 और 11 के supplementary exams 8 से 10 April 2026 तक हुए हैं और result 15 April 2026 को declare हुआ है। Class 5 और 8 के लिए supplementary exam July 2026 में scheduled है।
Co-Scholastic और Personal-Social Section
इस section में A, B, C grade और साथ में teacher remarks होते हैं। इन remarks को ज़रूर पढ़ें — grade से ज़्यादा important यही हैं। ध्यान दें इन points पर:
- Collaboration और group activities में participation
- Creativity और curiosity
- Health और physical fitness
- Values और citizenship
- Communication skills
जैसे “B” grade के साथ अगर remark है “needs more participation in group tasks”, तो आपको पता चल जाता है कि घर पर बच्चे के साथ क्या काम करना है।
HPR Accept करने से पहले 5 ज़रूरी Verification
बहुत सारे HPRs में data entry की गलतियां होती हैं क्योंकि report directly वही pull करती है जो class teacher ने portal पर upload किया है। Report sign करने या share करने से पहले ये 5 चीज़ें cross-check ज़रूर करें:
- बच्चे के name की spelling — Aadhaar और Jan Aadhaar record से exactly match होनी चाहिए
- Date of Birth — गलत DOB आगे Gargi Puraskar, NMMS और Lado Yojana की eligibility को effect करेगा
- Roll number और SR number — ये numbers हर class में same रहते हैं
- Subject list — confirm करें कि session के सारे subjects mention हैं
- Attendance percentage — 75% से कम attendance promotion पर असर डाल सकती है
अगर कोई भी field गलत है, तो उसी हफ्ते written में class teacher को inform करें। Session close होने से पहले school login से correction हो सकता है।
Class Group के हिसाब से HPR क्या Show करता है
Pre-Primary और Class 1-4 (Foundational Stage)
यहां focus testing पर नहीं, observation पर है। Language readiness, basic numeracy, motor skills और curiosity के descriptors मिलेंगे। Numerical marks इस stage पर goal नहीं हैं।
Class 6 और 7 (Middle Stage)
अब subject-wise grades matter करने लगते हैं। CBA assessments check करते हैं कि बच्चा language, maths, science और social science में age-appropriate learning outcomes तक पहुंचा है या नहीं।
Class 9 और 11 (Secondary Stage)
यहीं से बच्चे का academic record शुरू होता है। ये grades Class 10 और 12 की board exam eligibility में count होते हैं। अगर कहीं भी “E grade” है, supplementary exam route से तुरंत correct करवाइए।
